By visiting or using www.norgress.com or www.norgress.ca ("Site" or "Website") or other Norgress applications, programs or software ("Application" or "Program" or "Software"), or by providing any information to us, you agree that you understand and accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree or understand any part of this policy, refrain from accessing and using this Site or Application.

The first time you visit this Site or Application will constitute an “Effective Date”. This is the date by which this Privacy Policy will be in effect and will govern the relationship between you and Norgress, including your use of this Website or any other Norgress Application.

From your use of this Site or Application, Norgress may gather what we consider non-personal information about you. Including, but not limited to: geographic information, system information, public IP data, network configuration, device information, and platform data etc.

As a result, we cannot fully ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us.

Norgress may provide links or references to third parties that operate under different companies or individuals. These entities may have their own practices for both information collection and usage, and are, in most cases, governed by their own privacy policies, which may be substantially different from Norgress’s policies. How To Limit Communication

If at any time you decide to limit or stop receiving correspondence from us, you may opt-out using the unsubscribe instructions included in automated correspondence from us. For non-automated correspondence, you may opt-out  by contacting us directly. Please keep in mind that you cannot opt-out or limit communication of some administrative correspondence that are considered, by us, to be necessary or of some importance, such as those relating to payment(s) due or service notifications.

How To Remove Your Information

You may, at any time, request that we update, correct or delete your information by contacting us directly or using the Data Options located at the bottom of this page. However we may retain certain information for corporate purposes or as required by law. We may also archive copies of your information for certain periods of time.

​Cookies are small files placed on your device that enable a website to remember details such as your preferences and usage history. We use cookies to collect non-personally identifiable information about you and how you use this Site. For example: your number of visits and navigation history during each Site visit. 

Similar to cookies, log files log various user actions that occur within a program. Norgress may, at times, collect this information (log data) in the form of habit and/or activity data about you. Any correspondence sent from Norgress may use various embedded codes and files to determine if said correspondence have been opened or viewed.
