Joshua Littlejohn is the founder and CEO of Norgress, where he leads the firm in helping clients across diverse industries achieve success through venture creation, performance enhancement, growth strategies, and value creation powered by innovation and digital integration. He holds a master’s degree in Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Marketing diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
Recognized as a thought leader, Joshua has contributed to various publications and authored The Marketing Fallacy: How Any Small Business Can Look Like a Large Corporation, Without the Large Costs (Norgress Books, 2020), which received the Readers' Favorite 5-Star Seal.
Outside of the firm, Joshua serves as a faculty member at the JR Shaw School of Business at NAIT — one of Alberta’s leading business schools — where he teaches entrepreneurship and innovation at the undergraduate level, sharing his experience and insight to guide the next generation of business leaders.
