Pratik Singh Raghuvanshi leads digital marketing at Cyber Infrastructure (CIS), an Indore-headquartered IT services and consulting firm with U.S. operations in San Jose. His remit centers on search strategy, marketing communications, and the firm's commercial positioning across global outsourcing markets. 

Much of his recent work concerns how traditional search optimization is reshaped by AI-driven answer engines and large-language-model retrieval. He writes about combining SEO with newer disciplines—answer engine optimization, geographic optimization, and experience optimization—into a single approach for B2B technology marketers. 

He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from RGPV University in Madhya Pradesh, earned in 2010, and worked previously at LiveHelpIndia. He has been with Cyber Infrastructure for over a decade and now divides his time between the firm's Indore headquarters and its San Jose office in California.
