About
Liviu Irinescu is the founder of Multiply, a fractional CMO practice built for founder-led B2B SaaS companies in the $1–5M ARR band — the stage where the founder is still the de facto head of marketing, growth is starting to stall, and a $200K full-time CMO hire doesn't yet pencil out.
He builds the engine and runs it. His approach inverts the standard fractional model. Most fractional CMOs hand over a strategy deck and wish the founder luck on execution; Liviu builds positioning, demand gen, content, paid acquisition, marketing ops, and attribution — then runs the whole machine week to week, transferring ownership to an internal team once the engine compounds.
Before Multiply, Liviu built and ran ten-plus businesses across four countries over thirty years — including the Afterhills music festival, a real estate development practice that delivered 700-plus apartments, a US-facing Amazon DTC brand, and the digital agency Neomedia. He has been running paid acquisition campaigns since 1998, before Google Ads existed.
