Jonathan Carcone runs 4 Brothers Buy Houses, a Washington DC-area firm that buys distressed and inherited properties directly from owners for cash. The model trades the conventional listing process for speed and certainty, with the firm absorbing renovation work in-house across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets. 

He moved into real estate in 2010 after several years in corporate sales at the Corporate Executive Board, where he managed inside sales teams selling to Global 4000 HR executives. He has since expanded into commercial real estate through 4 Brothers Commercial and property management through Agon Property Management. 

Outside the firm, Carcone contributes editorial coverage on emerging technology companies, with a particular interest in businesses applying AI and machine learning to high-stakes problems in healthcare, emergency response, and environmental monitoring. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University.
