Most small and mid-size real estate investment firms still manage investor relations, capital calls, K-1 generation, and fund distributions across spreadsheets and disconnected email chains. Agora replaces that stack with a single platform and currently supports more than $300 billion in assets under management across 1,000-plus real estate investment firms.
The platform integrates fundraising, investor onboarding, CRM, capital call processing, distributions, automated reporting, and tax document generation in one system. Founded in 2019 by Bar Mor, Lior Dolinski, and Noam Kahan, Agora has raised $64 million from investors including Insight Partners, Qumra Capital, and Aleph.
The structural stickiness here is substantial: once a firm's investor records, transaction history, and tax documents live in one system, migration is painful. That moat, combined with a client base spanning 150,000 individual investors, makes the mid-market position increasingly hard for newer competitors to break into.
