Joshua Littlejohn

Joshua Littlejohn is the founder and CEO of Norgress, leading the firm in helping clients from diverse industries achieve success in venture creation, performance enhancement, growth strategies and value creation through innovation and digital integration. He earned his master's degree in Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, along with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Marketing diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). 


Recognized as a thought leader, Joshua has contributed to various publications and authored "The Marketing Fallacy: How Any Small Business Can Look Like A Large Corporation, Without The Large Costs" (Norgress Books, 2020), which has earned a Reader's Favorite 5 Star Seal. 


Outside of the firm, Joshua is a faculty member at the JR Shaw School of Business at NAIT, one of Alberta's premier business schools, where he teaches entrepreneurship and innovation at the undergraduate level, imparting his expertise and experience to guide the future business innovators.
